Payment Terms

Clients are required to make payment following the registration process.  We use PayPal as a safe and secure way to make transactions.  For further information about PayPal’s internet security transactions go to www.paypal.com.au/securitycentre.  Clients receive both electronic and paper receipts for transactions made at Organiseyourmoney.com.

Cancellation, Refunds and Cash Back Deals

All payments are non-refundable after the client has registered and paid for the product except in the case where a customer claims the product has not worked and as advertised requests a refund.  Clients must provide the following evidence;

Statements from all debt as reflected in the budget overview, over a period of six months.  Statements must clearly show regular payments demonstrating debt is being reduced in amounts as input by the client into the budget calculator.  

Bank statements from which wages are paid into that demonstrates the amounts to be withdrawn as shown on the budget overview pertaining to the three jars and in addition the amount that is to be left in should there be any automatic payments to be covered, over a period of six months.  

In the event that Organiseyourmoney.com agrees to refund a client, the refund will be given using PayPal refund system.  The amount will be refunded less the postage and handling fees of twenty dollars. 

Video Testimonials 

Organiseyourmoney.com will give a ten dollar cash back reward to those people who provide video testimonials.  This will be done using the refund system in PayPal.  Ten dollars will be refunded back into the account from which the payment was received.

Kiva Donations

Kiva donations will be made at the end of each financial year.  An figure will be calculated according to the amount of sales. 

General

Organiseyourmoney.com reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its product.

Organiseyourmoney.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided by Organiseyourmoney.com when Organiseyourmoney.com decides (at its absolute discretion) that the service has been inappropriately used or otherwise abused.
